Hosta, Cameo: Hostas are extremely versatile in the garden, where their large leaves provide excellent coverage, and their flowers grow tall. This cute one makes a small mound of gray-green leaves with creamy white margins. If you've seen the 'Pandora's Box' Hosta, this is the reverse pattern. Expect to see a short, 10"-tall spike of dark purple petals when late spring/early summer arrives. One of our favorite miniature Hostas, Hosta 'Cameo' is an ideal fit for a container garden, woodland garden, miniature Hosta bed, or fairy garden. It is also a smart choice for city-dwellers. Hostas tend to thrive despite any car exhaust or air pollution.
